A roadside-assistance marketplace designed for truckers and drivers. A stranded driver will post a job — tire, lockout, fuel, jump, tow — and nearby verified providers will respond with real quotes. The driver will book, the provider will do the work, and payment will be released on completion.
NeverMiss Local is Servana's missed-call text-back and customer messaging service for local service businesses. When a customer calls a business that uses NeverMiss Local and the call is missed, the system sends one text from the business's own dedicated number so the conversation can continue by text; staff reply from a shared inbox, and after a completed job the business can send one text inviting a review. Roadside — how it works
The Roadside platform handles every job the same way, from the first call to the last mile:
A customer describes the service they need — what, where, and when.
The platform structures the request into a job with a clear scope and price basis.
Nearby verified providers see the job; a provider claims it and commits to the work. Where supply is thin, the platform actively recruits providers nearby.
The provider completes the job on site, and the customer confirms the work is done.
Payment is released to the provider, less the platform's dispatch fee. No chasing invoices.
Roadside — for providers
Most marketplaces sell your contact details to a customer who may never call. Servana works the other way: when a job reaches you, it is a real, binding job from a customer who has committed — you claim it, do the work, and get paid.

This Privacy Policy describes how Servana LLC (“Servana,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Georgia limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, mobile application, and the Roadside platform (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
By providing a mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Servana LLC about your account, verification codes, and service or job notifications (for example, provider assignment, arrival, and completion updates, and — for providers — new job alerts near you). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Opting out of job-related messages may prevent us from completing a service request in progress.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell mobile phone numbers, and we do not use opt-in data for any purpose other than delivering the messages described above and operating the Services.
We do not sell personal information.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, complete transactions, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To make a request, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first. Deleting your account may limit or end your ability to use the Services, and we may retain certain records as required by law.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Servana LLC (“Servana,” “we,” “us”), a Georgia limited liability company. By accessing or using Servana's websites, applications, and platforms (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.
Servana operates marketplace platforms that connect people requesting services (“Customers”) with independent local service providers (“Providers”). Depending on the product, the platform may structure a request, match it with nearby Providers, facilitate booking and dispatch, send job notifications by text message and other channels, and process payment. Servana is a technology platform, not a service company: the services themselves are performed by Providers, and Servana does not guarantee a Provider's availability for any particular request.
Providers are independent contractors and independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Servana. Servana may verify provider identity and eligibility as part of enrollment, but each Provider is solely responsible for the work they perform, their licensing and insurance, and their compliance with applicable law.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old to book or provide services. You are responsible for activity under your account. By providing a mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive account, verification, and job-related text messages as described in our Privacy Policy; message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Customers pay for booked services through the platform's payment processor. Payment for a job is held and released to the Provider when the work is confirmed complete, less a platform dispatch fee disclosed before or at booking. Providers agree that the dispatch fee is Servana's compensation for matching, dispatch, and payment services. Refunds and disputed charges are handled under the policy presented at booking and applicable law.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Servana does not warrant the quality, safety, or legality of services performed by independent Providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servana LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or from services performed by Providers. Servana's total liability for any claim arising out of the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the dispatch fees you paid to Servana in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Servana LLC and its members, officers, and employees from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or — if you are a Provider — the work you perform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
